Welcome fellow cyclists to the Well-Oiled Wheeler’s (WOW’s) road cycling leisure club.

As a newcomer to cycling a few years ago, I ventured out to join my local club in Ardcath, Co. Meath one sunny Wednesday evening, not knowing much about cycling I returned knowing that this club was special.  We had had such fun and laughter that I was hooked.  I knew that this was going to be a good place to make friends and memories.

Cycling the roads and lanes of Meath/Louth and Dublin with people ranging from 18 – 70 plus years of age, telling stories, helping each other, and laughing has been a massive positive for mental health, physical fitness, and well-being.

As incoming chairperson for 2022, along with our dedicated committee and 50 strong members our mission for the club is to promote: Inclusion, wellbeing, positive memories, and fitness to all members and the wider community.

Whether you are a novice, returning cyclist, or just want to meet new positive people the WOW’s welcomes you.
